I scale most loads. Better safe than sorry. Only ones I don't scale are pallets or light loads.

Talked to Mike and the missing Orientation pay will be on the next settlement.

Had a little fun, went to the truck to get Mike's number and while I was there went ahead and turned the battery disconnect back to the on position so I could double check when my reset is over. The Qualcomm display wouldn't come on. After a couple calls to safety and another to Quallcom and 2 more resets with battery disconnect I finally got it going again. Anyone else have trouble with getting the Qualcomm going again after using the battery disconnect?

I love that CAT Scale App. The last update that gives you the PDF and ability to download it made it 10Xs better. Unless I know I’m swapping with a Driver, I rarely get paper. So before I’d have to download the attachment from the email and then screen shot it to get a photo if it to attach to the BOLs when submitting them. Now it’s just view pdf and download done and ready for sending with BOLs. Again, love that App!!!

I meant the zero attendance at the Bud Tent and Bud Merch Tent… not the event itself. There were plenty of folks enjoying the Bike Event.

Never hit that issue but hate that we have to start the engine just to wake it up in the mornings. Well, haven’t had that issue since they removed my APU… lol

The Qualcomm in my Freightliner just required me to turn the ignition on. The one in my Peterbilt requires me to actually start the truck to turn it on

Made it to the TA in Oakley, KS about 10:30 last night. Spoke with dispatch and they want me to take this load through to Wisconsin for delivery. Works for me. Wisconsin is one of my favorite states. Can't wait to stop at a Kwik Trip for their chicken tenders. They are delicious.

I'll only have 2200 miles this paycheck since I deliver after payroll cutoff. The good news is that I start out next pay period with a 1300+ mile run.

I could probably scale 47 almost 48 in my truck. I regularly scale 44k in the box and gross around 76-77

Just got off the phone with Pittsburgh Power, when testing my DPF filter after the cleaning, it failed. So my filter needs to be replaced. A new filter is $3100 (ouch), the joys of truck ownership. On the bright side, that’s what a maintenance account is for.

I was hoping to be rolling again tomorrow, but the service writer said I should plan on Thursday now.
