Class Action Lawsuit Against Concentra

I received a 90 day physical from Concentra. The idiots in Tulsa, OK pulled the same exact BS with me. I got hired by Miller Truck Lines. They sent me for a physical & pre-employment. On October 8, 2022 I received 1 of the most dreaded calls as a parent. The call I received was from my youngest daughter's phone. It was her bf's dad. He told me that my daughter had been involved in an accident involving an atv. Me & the wife literally dropped every plan we had for the day & rushed to the hospital. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the nurse & doctor rendering aid to our daughter. They told us that they had got the bleeding to slowdown, but didn't know the extent of my daughter's injuries & as a precaution, they were preparing her to be flown to a larger hospital that specialized in traumatic injury. We got to see our daughter briefly before she was prepared to be loaded into the chopper. We were told where she was being taken. We left out approximately 15 minutes before the chopper arrived. 97 miles to hospital in Tulsa. I was pushing our Dodge Journey for everything it had. We arrived at the hospital shortly after the chopper landed. Met with the doctors & were able to see our daughter. Not knowing the extent of her injuries put alot of stress upon both me & the wife. Neither of us were in the mood to eat that day. The following day, October 9th, I had orientation for Miller Truck Lines. The recruiter asked if I wanted to postpone my orientation due to the accident with my daughter? I refused. On the mornin of the 9th, I went to Concentra for a physical & pre-employment. All these idiots did was ask me ?'s. Never even did anything remotely close to a physical other than bp & urine. They said my bp was 139/88 & my glucose in urine was 213 dcl's. The so called doctor comes in the room & tells me that I have diabetes & then proceeds to ask me if I've ever had a sleep study. I said "NO, I sleep fine". Apparently the dumb ####### only hear NO. He recommended a sleep study & gave a 90 day physical. I immediately contacted FMCSA & asked for guidance after I explained what had happened the previous day. The lady at FMCSA told me to go elsewhere, get another physical & if givin a clean bill of health, that would negate the previous physical. I did exactly that. My own personal physician does DOT physicals. He is very thorough unlike Concentra. He checked everything that they said was wrong & not 1 #### thing was right. First off, diabetes isn't determined by the amount of glucose in the urine. It's determined by bloodtest. My doctor took that bloodtest. My A1C was 4.9, well below diabetic levels. My bp was 129/72. I took these results to Concentra & my employer at the time. Concentra refused to honor the findings of a doctor outside their office. Miller refused to accept my new physical because it wasn't from Concentra. My employment with them effectively ended the day the 90 day expired. Concentra cost me a job, a #### good 1 at that. I have the same problemand got fired with no medical history over 10 years of getting tested and tested after failing a at home test then going again to another dot requested physical frome company after all the crap with concentra and passed for two year first i came to the company after getting tested and received a 2 year dot physical then they sent me to concentra and thats when i was told i have sleep apnea so i took the at home test but i was awake during the test and i have a witness then I told them it was a false positive and they sent me to another place to get another dot physical and passed and this was after I was told by the company they switched Dr's but before that i requested to get a second opinion after they sent me to get it done by concentra and was denied buy their saftey department also said I was dr shopping and not 2 weeks latter the lady in safety told me the are getting another dr to start doing tests for them because concentra was failing over half the new hires so if that not dr shopping I don't kno what is so I went to the dot dr office and passed again and they paid for it then fired me.

Idk why companies make driver go to a specific DOT doctor. Last company would schedule a physical a hour away from my house.

I just walk into CVS and show my boss the medcard and that was it
