I used to love Shiner, but either their quality control has gone down hill, or I just had a bad run of buying 6packs. It's amazing the screwups we made as rookies, thankfully nobody was standing around recording them.

 

Bride had a setback she was struggling to breath sent to hospital and they took 1700 cc of fluid off her right lung. Now staying while doctors adjust meds (dieuretics mostly) hoping it’s only a 2 day stint so she can restart rehab. I’m finding the bachelor lifestyle most disagreeable.

 

No gravy enhanced breakfast is its own form of sadness of bachelorhood.

 

I'm moving into a little bit over 500 sq ft one bedroom apartment. So far all I know is I am moving, I just don't have a move-in date yet. I am going to be giving about 60% of my furniture to Goodwill. Keri is planning to be here and have some other females she knows to box up my stuff and take apart my TV and computer setup. Her husband has told me he has the manpower covered to physically move the stuff I am keeping. I have a medical necessity clause in my lease and have already spoken to the property manager here so I am good there.

Dale sorry to hear that man. I know it isn't east but try to keep your spirits up for her, and we're here for you. I swear I hate hospitals, go in forb1 thing, and next thing you know they've compounded the problem.

Good that you've got people taking care of you man, but sorry it's gotten to this level.

 

Mom fell and broke her kneecap. She's in the hospital. She's 89. I would appreciate prayers for her and for wisdom from above to know exactly what to do and when to get there. I have preplans that get me nearby in a week, or I can ask to get a different load today after I deliver this morning so I can get there tomorrow. Money is a concern since I just took time off and had a slow couple of weeks before that. My brother and niece are there so she's not alone, but they have to work too.

 

And they lost their first game last night. I won't mention who they lost to, because that would be like piling on.....
