Home prices are high in Florida right now so probably a good chance to sell it.

Indeed. That said, I hate it for the folks who were already there.
@Lonesome I don't know if you've ever been close to one of these, but it's straight up awful. Imagine a dead animal in your yard........forever.

There used to be a rendering plant in Plymouth Indiana, called Plymouth Fertilizer. Right next to US 30, went by that place many times on a hot day, holding your breath.

Is Tyson mostly short 300-500 mile loads for otr or a lot of 1200+ mile runs ?

Or, actually better......(thought of this while I was cooking chicken for supper), have you ever put some kind of chicken wrapper, whether it be plastic or foam tray, in the kitchen garbage and never thought another thing about it? Then a day or two later you go WTF is that smell. Yeah, that's the smell.

One of our competitors bought a double walled stainless tank trailer at auction. He planned on hauling milk. What he didn't know, what nobody knew except the seller, was that the inside wall had been breached in several places . The only cargoes had been kind of a chicken gut slurry and gradually it filled the space between the tank lining and the shell. Did you know that there is nothing in the whole world that will erase that smell? Nothing.
The auction was in the winter. By the middle of June you could find that trailer with your eyes closed. Couldn't sell it. Couldn't even give it away. He finally hired a couple of guys to scrap it and even they wouldn't touch it. The last I saw of it was out on his ranch, quite a ways away from the house, and just slowly sinking into the earth. You could still smell it.
