As for the 4 wheeler:

 

I don't know which it is, but it seems that 4 wheelers drop about 50 IQ points upon site of a tractor trailer or there is a bomb in their car that is going to detonate if they don't do something stupid when driving near a truck.

 

In this case it happened in Florida so when you factor in a Florida Man or Woman the IQ points drop into the negatives…

 

We feel the same way about the idiots in the northeast...but it's weird how all the NE bluehairs seem to migrate to FL during snowbird season or when they retire.

 

Not all of them. Quite a few of them aren’t that desperate to migrate from the northeast! Nor are they that eager to risk life and limb to pass a semi truck especially in heavy rain on a two lane highway!

 

Too bad Darwin took a extra life . That and the truck driver is all I feel sympathy for ..
