What about brownies or making some butter? I've seen that make folks more comfortable, especially a low amount and they don't know it's got cannibas in it. Just a thought.

100% agree with this. My Dad passed in 1998 from lung cancer. Long painful way to go. I got him some pot and it really helped him with the pain and depression. I'd do it again in a heartbeat for any of my family. Funny thing is some people in our small town now look at me like I'm some kind off dealer because I got it for him . I know both police officers very well, every time I buy something new ,car ,motorcycle, mower whatever they tell me people say "that's drug money he's spending " we just laugh.

Truth. Almost spit out my coffee and almost dropped my cigarette. I like that.

58 degrees at the bachelor pad this morning no sweater needed. Many thanks to everyone for thoughts and prayers with special thanks to @JolliRoger for words of wisdom. I’m guilty of being too focused on the mechanics of health care regime and bark at her too much. Yesterday was a long day for me ( like 21 hours ) which made me feel old because I was completely wiped out it was easy to shrug this off 20 years ago.

    That's normal Dale.

    It's unbelievably frustrating. The situation.

Do your best, and make her as comfortable as you can.

Just do your best. That's all you can do.

Leave it all on the field.

I do the same thing with Mom sometimes. The missus has helped me a lot. She tells me to ask Mom what she wants to do instead of telling her what to do. Reassure her that I love her and she's not a burden at all, that I just want to help her the best I can to get through this. Be gentle and speak softly. All stuff I'm not very good at. But when I do those things, it seems to help. I'm not saying you are not doing those things already, just saying that I know it's hard when there's someone you really care about that needs to be fixed and you don't have the tools to fix it yourself.

Hummingbirds still here. They better pack their little suitcases and head south.
Currently 57 degrees. My fingers are cold sitting outside.
