Well, Truck isn't gonna be ready mid morning as promised... now their saying late tonight, early tomorrow morning... so, won't be going to freightliner for the minor issue, and won't be going to FCC to save money on trans and diff services, Detroit is charging a ridiculous amount to do it but screw it, don't have a lot of choice now with it coming out on a Saturday Fremont would be my only option and don't even know if they'd get me in then... always something!... at least Detroit is gonna let me send the windshield company by there to change it

I don’t know. It says it’s a preload but no trailer number is listed. I guess I’ll find out when I get there. Just leaving Santa Rosa after getting fuel

    BigR Thanks this.

Driving a long stretch on I-40 reminds me why I have such low faith in humanity. The stupidity and nonsense I see on this freeway is unreal

Coming from us 60, you'll head south across the railroad tracks, merrick has facilities on both sides of the street, yours will be the first one on the right after you cross the tracks, entrance will be the second driveway, you'll come up to a gate with the push the button to talk thing, but they don't talk to ya, just push the button and they'll open the gate, shipping office in the middle of the building. If it's loaded, drop lot is to the west side of the building loaded should be first 2 rows, empty in the back.

I get same exact tax right off as a sole proprietor as someone with an LLC, with the exception of the initial start up cost of filing an LLC.

rokue, azheavyduty, BigR and 1 other person Thank this.

Agreed, if you become an S corp, but just a regular LLC is no different than a sole proprietor.
