Steve silver company was who was leasing it a furniture company in Texas. Fleet size 13. Not sure how heavy their loads were.

I have the entire maintenance history now the dpf filter and tire changes weren't on it which is why I called them because it only includes services done by them. You have to call them to find out other maintenance done by Freightliner.

They might have been hauling raw materials to make furniture like lumber, carpet, etc. That stuff can be heavy.

With a fleet that small I'd imagine it was well cared for, i.e. not slip seated at least, so a much better chance it wasn't abused. I'd think the loads were probably light, however I'm sure like most companies they'd have backhauls, so anyone's guess there. Glad you're putting a APU on her, keeping that idle time down will be crucial. Hope you get to start soon buddy.

The interior is in pretty good shape, but definitely dirty from the last driver or drivers hopefully when I come back up there to Fremont I can run it down to a detail shop in Omaha so they can polish the paint and clean the interior really good. Then I will put my luggage in their and get to work. Hopefully get a load to Pa to get the Apu installed before my free install offer expires.

Sometimes I hate ELD’s. I woke up and I’m ready to go but I can’t even start my clock for the next hour and 20 minutes

Pm me if you are looking for a good detailer in omaha and I'll send you his name and number , I had him do that pick up I just bought and he was reasonable and did an a1 job.
I remember the Steven silver company and hauled a load for them once that went to an auction out of a warehouse in Dallas...the had sharp black trucks and trailers .

Steven Silver is based in Forney Tx just east of Dallas. Always has nice looking equipment and a good job if you don’t mind unloading furniture.

Got my next load. After delivering these slabs of stone south of Lincoln, I will head over to Aurora to grab a load going to a Walmart DC in Clarksville, AR. Planning on swinging by the house on the way down for a shower. If everything goes right I should shutdown at the travel stop at the Billings, OK exit.

This has been one of my more productive weeks thus far. 600+ miles each day. I guess that’s what happens when @BigR stops hogging all the freight! :D
