Saw a driver, one time, that had run off the road while pulling some type of compressed gas. It looked crazy; the driver was running around and jumping, but couldn't see any fire or smoke on him. The fire was invisible. Later he died.
Anyone know what type of gas that would be?

Ethanol is clean burning but if he was carting gas it can't have been that, it may have been what is commonly called LPG sometimes called "coleman fuel" or naphtha. Natural gas (propane) is also clean burning.

Could've been a poison gas. That's why it pays to pay attention to the placards on the trucks around you.

This particular location involved a transfer point of liquid natural gas. Maybe there was a leak somewhere or a misconnected hose?

This man was a very active member of our church for many years in Florida. He has burns on 63% of his body.

The accident is 5 hours from his home. People are trying to help provide accommodations for his wife to be there in Oregon with him.

There's supposed to be a go fund me thingy.

    Prayers

I understand that hydrogen burns with an invisible flame.

That's one reason why I have no interest in pulling liquid hydogen cryo loads.

exactly why I never hauled gases...I hauled explosives exclusively for 10 years..much safer than gases...explosives will burn in a fire....generally
