FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

Dropped my load of paper rolls at ACT so now I’m just waiting in the yard for the load I’m supposed to take home.

I hope everyone has a good gobble gobble day tomorrow and a great weekend. I’m personally going to use my time off to spend time with family and friends. I will be going back out Sunday afternoon.

 

Well that was a pleasant surprise.

I requested Home Time in Illinois for thanksgiving with family and then had to push the time off to Monday to Wednesday instead of the actual Holiday. So I was planning to run Monday to Sunday. Ended up going to Columbus, SC to drop tonight. Of course finding a Reload on Thanksgiving Day wasn’t going to work. So I’ll end up going home in SC for part of Thanksgiving Day before going to Dalton GA to grab a load going to Chicago before going to my requested time off.

So I’ll get a little time in both SC and then IL too. Sometimes things just work out rather nicely.

Due to having several food allergies I can't eat most of the traditional Thanksgiving foods, so a good steak or a smoked brisket is my favorite. Probably gonna do both but since I just got home an hour ago the brisket will have to wait until tomorrow.

 

Favorite food would be turkey and southern cornbread dressing.
