You know, it continually amazes me the denial in our country. Those laws surely don't apply to me, like the poster not wearing a seatbelt or have chains. LEOs are on mega alert for ANYTHING to pull you over and start the "process". Seat belt, phone use, license plate light out, etc. Phone use in vehicles should be punished to the full extent, as I see it as the worst driving hazard since impaired driving. I only hope, we get to the point that the phone becomes disabled once the vehicle is moving. Not if the insurance companies have anything to say, and they do.

What's screwed up is how warnings can be issued and it screws people's lives up worse than a ticket because you can't fight a warning. It shouldn't be like that.

I just pulled my PSP a few days ago. I have an inspection on there from March 2021 that I had forgotten about, and it's the only one listed even though I've had two or three others since then. The PSP doesn't show any violations, but that inspection was the one where a boy scout trooper pulled me over for a level 3 inspection. The inspection was clean but he gave me a b.s. warning for failure to maintain lane that I couldn't fight. It's like they try to dirty up your record a little so they have some control if they feel like they need it.

It’s real simple they don’t need to pass anymore laws they simply need to enforce the ones that are already on the books and go after these clowns that they know continuously, drive like idiots on the highways… More regular enforcement would send a message that they are watching… But it seems like they let these idiots do as they please because they’re so darn afraid of someone starting something because they’re offended or they claim racism…

Cell phones are distractions meanwhile the auto makers are installing 11" screen in the dash of some models of cars. Thats not a distraction? In Ontario they mandating our Elog must be in drivers view...I don't want the thing on my dash lighting up..I keep mine face down on the floor
