Looks like something is set to start to think about happening on the Kohberger trial Friday. Wonder if the OM is scheduling a trip so Dave can witness the circus live?

Well alternator is in, no more battery light. But I can't get out. Driveway is ice. Tomorrow above freezing. Watching Bad Times at the El Royal. Which is fun.

Not sure y'all can see it in the pic, but that fingernail is black and blue. Not the worst smashed finger I've ever had... But it sure hurts like hell. That's what happens when a few thousand pounds of steel try to invade the space a finger is occupying.

Good thing I dont have any orders backed up right now, cause I sure as hell can't tool leather.

 

In other news... I'm trying figure out how I can get one of these bad boys.



Onebof these could potentially end my days of hand stitching... Forever!!! It can handle much smaller needles, smaller thread, and thinner leather than my current hand cranked machine. It wont do ultra thick leather, needles, or thread... But I rarely do that kind of work, and if I do I can always use the hand cranked machine.

Oh yeah... Frieght on that machinebis $480... So its not cheap.

Well.
Through today’s careful consideration, looks like i’m going to have to trade off my 03 dodge pickup.
Got to get something small enough i can get dad loaded into, but able to get out without climbing and crawling.

Can’t do cars, as the road i live on they drag bottom, so gotta get a lil suv or van or something.
Guess tomorrow after my chores I’ll have to go see what’s on the used lot.

Probably could get a white Volvo to haul it for a buck fifty.
