So today we had freezing fog and mist…

4 am I’m putting down the road spreading sand and salt… come to the biggest hill on my route… and of course there’s a roadie that can’t make the hill and he’s 1/2 across the road .

while I’m sitting there figuring out my mode of attack, a car crests the hill coming down locks up the brakes and skids into a phone pole..
I turn around and start backing up the hill with the sander cranked , get up to the truck, and of course it’s a Cascadia and the guy can barely speak English…I couldn’t possibly make up this catastrophe.

He’s telling me to pull him up the hill. I’m like no… I just sanded the road behind him ( it looks like a dirt road now) and tell him to back down. Cops, ambulance and another plow /sander show up….

we back him down ,nail the hill again and take off…that whole deal took like 45 minutes..z

But I helped the nit wit and he didn’t even say gracias…..

    Cascadia life….
