4, eye to the sky skidded coils and 5 aluminium plates. The heaviest being the coils. Coils were loaded in the front of the lower deck with the plate slightly behind them. If I were any heavier on the rear, there isn't much he could have done to balance the weight short of moving one of the lighter coils to the top deck...but then I might have been over on my drives.

After driving in some wet conditions, I went in and checked to see if my MacGyver'd waterproofing worked, and it did. No moisture got around or thru the foam I jammed in the wheel well gaps. By the way the forecast looks, it will continue to be tested until I get this delivered.

I never tried editing on the Peoplenet unit itself, I always did it thru the online portal and never had an issue. I have only tried editing on the Samsara unit once and it was a total no-go. What I was trying to do it wouldn't allow, and it didn't involve drive time.

As of this morning I am now 7 minutes different between what my logs add up to(as shown on the unit itself) and what the Samsara dashboard dials say I have. Yesterday I called the safety guy who is supposed to be the Samsara boss but could only leave a message...and got no call back.

I made it to Corning,CA tonight...I look out my window and there is something missing........no SNOW on the ground....feels weird. And, as I walked across the parking lot, no jacket required...not even a hoodie. And I saw that firey ball in the sky a lot today... what's it called again??????? Ummmm, oh yeah, the sun :sunny:

I have solved the mystery of my missing time on the Samsara. The grid on the old Peoplenet system would show you your time in hours, minutes and seconds. The Samsara only shows you hours and minutes, and it doesn't round up. If you want to see your time down to the second, you have to log in the Samsara portal and look at each days logs. So if I used 8 hours 9 minutes and 59 seconds of drive time...it would display 8.09 on the units grid....then if I had 45 minutes and 59 seconds of on duty time, it would only show 45 minutes...so, based on the grid alone, it would indicate up to 1 minute and 58 seconds less total time. I use a 3rd party app called Recap+ to keep track of my hours, mainly because I can access my hours with one touch on my phone if dispatch is wondering if I could make a delivery that is tight on my available hours. I was entering my hours usage based on the Samsara grid times, not going online and doing some rounding so my daily hours matched the ##### box. Another reason to dislike Samsara.

sounds like a loose nut behind the wheel to me…

that’s kind of like the old paper log days. Track your time down the to minute and make it fit into 15 min graph increments.

From the sounds of it, spirit did their job. Boeing Renton removed the plug, reinstalled it, but never installed the hardware to secure the door plug.
