So. My four (4) year old Horrible Fright floor jack failed on me recently. Valve thingy stuck. Freed it up but it stuck again. So decided to see if I could fix it. Found a thread on Garage Journal that showed how.



Took out the other one while I was at it.


Cleaned em off and reinstalled.
Glad I did it outside as it puked fluid out when I pulled valves out. Topped off with granddads old oil can.


Works fine. Will see if it lasts.

 

it’s just what the Indiana state signs say… I believe it’s something to do with the way the interstates cross Indiana

 

A lot of history there in the Indianapolis Stockyards. Was the largest in the world back when. Some to do about a 90' double deck cattle car in 1969.
I have pics of decked cattle cars in Laredo, TX in 1956. May have been Mex across the river tho.
