Well, TURBINES are great engines, but only at constant speeds. For trucks, a diesel engine works MUCH better.

You're not allowed in a Minimum or Camp until you have less than 10 years remaining. He'll be in a Medium or Low until the 10 year remaining mark. They view it as a security risk to have guys with longer sentences in Minimums/Camps. That being said, there's no telling what kinda sweetheart deal his family/friends will get him...
