Well, it doesn't matter what everything else is doing. You need a clutch that works first. Yes, the clutch is your immediate issue. Is it a Horton?

Yes it's a horton.
blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
Like a brake shoe does in a drum. I've never seen that happen BTW. Either way, a master kit will fix it if you can do it.blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
Sounds like my next steps. I see rebuild kits are much cheaper than a whole clutch. It's still being used as my spare truck so there isn't a huge rush but it's not much of a spare if I can't drive it so it needs fixed.
Big Road Skateboard and blairandgretchen Thank this. -
I appreciate your help very much and after it's done I will update on this thread and let you know if it fixes it!
blairandgretchen Thanks this. -

Yea ill take my time and make sure it's all done right. This question is a bit off topic but when I was checking my manual switch on the dash I ran across a panel of 4 relays behind the dash where all my toggles are. Any idea what they go to?

No to the right where all my toggle switch are. It's weird there back there and I have no idea and nobody can tell me what they go to. My dash goes speedo panel, then water temp, voltage and other gauges panel then to the right of that are my toggles for my engine fan, Jake's and all that. It's behind my toggles
