That cute little plastic gear selector dial is much cheaper than a gear shift that has a steel shaft....economics, gotta keep the shareholders happy customer be d***ed.

Just got the news that my Grandfather passed earlier today. He was taken to the hospital in Lawrence complaining of breathing problems. It’s going to be a rough night for me

This will be my friend for the next 2-3 weeks. Has a bunch of miles on it and it doesn’t look particularly pretty but at least i’ll be rolling instead of being in a hotel for who knows how long. Had the shop take care of a couple issues with it first though
