My wife's mom had both a knee and a hip done. She said the same thing, the knee is worse. The biggest issue she had though was the fact that she would keep up with the at home part of the PT, so it caused issues with it healing right, which caused other complications.

Our operations department is falling apart. My dispatcher is out of the office Mon, Tue and Weds this week(he has taken more time off since he has started than the 2 previous dispatchers I had before him combined). Plus, one of the other onboarding dispatchers is out and our Toledo planner is also out again. It's getting so you don't know who to contact anymore

On a more positive note, they hired a new office worker in Wichita to help Scott. And they are fixing the gate, they finally found someone after calling places for weeks with no response.

Yeah, Don sent out an email saying we're gonna have to use the north gate after hours for a while. The angle of the main entrance is mighty steep for where they put the gate. I hope they make it a little wider

You should have moved to the office...or worked remotely. Could have been the new permit person ordering permits from the comfort of your couch. You probably know about as much or more as any replacement employee knows after all the OD loads you've hauled.

I am still sitting and waiting. It's June, we shouldn't be having this much of a delay with getting a flatbed load. Last instructions I heard was to sit tight, they're working on something that they need a driver with a TWIC card for, so that sounds to me like a visit to a port is in my future.

SSB what air fryer do you have?
Also where are you getting the pans for it? Using a foreman for my fish and my sausage may go to an air fryer for them. How long does it take to cook stuff like that?

I’m not sure if they are doing anything with the opening or just fixing the gate. Making it wider would be a big project but greatly appreciated. I know really low trailers will get hung up on the north gate. Wylie has done it a few times with their low pro steps. But I’ve taken loaded stretch trailers out that way before. Must be a skills issue!

I thought about it for about two seconds but between the pay cut and the office politics, I wouldn’t last. I have a big issue with people not doing their jobs, and wasting people time. Who knows what the future holds.

It's called a Chefman. It's not the kind with a lid that opens like a Ninja air fryer, it has a pull out basket with a glass window. Not sure where Mrs. Snackbar got it. The pans I found at Walmart, they're just throw away cake baking pans that just fit into it's basket. I could only do 2 1/2 lb burgers as a time the other day, and I had to keep the temp down to around 360° so it didn't overcook the outside before the inside was done. Each pair took 17 minutes. This mornings sausage links were 13 minutes on 375, for the entire package. I even did Jiffy cornbread in it a while back...I would have to look up how long and how hot I set it. It was around 20 min on 300 I think.

I am right there with you about moving to the office, too low a pay rate for the high level of B.S. you have to put up with, from both sides.

    Bumper and kylefitzy Thank this.

I was wondering how long you would be waiting after your delivery this morning....
