A truck route gps can make the same mistakes but my trusty common sense gps has never failed me. I started trucking about 5 or 6 years before gps was common but a car gps served me very well back when they first came along. Since googlemaps free on a smartphone came to be about 15 years ago that's always been the go to. I can't believe people actually spend hundreds of dollars for a truck specific gps. Never ever had one of those nor seen the need.
