these foreigners aren’t even based in America. They use Google voice numbers, tech apps, ELD scams & technology to manipulate drivers, brokers, shippers, agencies, any and all customers related/connected to a truck… the whole nine yards… In recruitment they’re using other company names to recruit drivers, and then swindling drivers, basically hold them hostage in their own homeland. We know all about this in Chicago, Texas throughout the Midwest, California, New York, Florida all over 1099 fleet scamming.
So the immigration crisis at the border in Texas is nothing compared to what is actually happening in trucking. American Drivers keep getting fooled by these trucking scam companies set up as America but really Foreign. Even if drivers look the companies up in the safer database, or however a driver does research on the company. The fleets don’t pay any taxes, they don’t follow any rules, laws or anything… they purposely open and close companies every six months and illegally transfer vehicles from one company to the next company. They never get audited because the companies purposely don’t last six months.
The primary purpose of their scam is solely focused on robbing All American Taxpayers (not even solely focused on CDL drivers or carriers/brokers/suppliers… they want to rob the whole country through the trucks
All they really want is to buy green cards for $10,000 to $15,000 per card/visa application via US based & licensed immigration lawyers/firms.
And then year after year, continuously rob the American system, every six months they rotate the Foreign drivers out and the drivers go back overseas but new foreign drivers fly in and hop in the truck with fake CDLs even. The American drivers they never pay on purpose & fire, hire to fire, every single month they go through thousands & thousands of American CDL drivers a year on purpose.
So they don’t care if they destroy a truck, kill a family in an accident, ruin Americans families, or if they get arrested/deported.. it’s just kamikaze-like, suicide drivers (like ww2 suicide bombers), financial terrorism and scamming American taxpayers, markets and industries through 1099 trucking scams.
they keep getting away with it because they’re just paying all the bills, BUT they’re not paying it - We are the American taxpayers… The whole country is doing all the hard work. They’re all playing video games like it’s call duty on tv screen.
1099 Fake US based trucking companies but really foreign fleets

You did a good job of defining the problem.
What do you see as a solution?snowlauncher, Concorde, Lonesome and 4 others Thank this. -
We know. We've been dealing with it for years. Really though, your tax dollars are already being wasted anyway. At this point; what can you do?
TheLoadOut, bryan21384 and ihaveaquestion Thank this. -

Well, the only real way to stop it is to go full North Korea on them. No internet into or out of the country. Would also cut down on the Chinese and Russian hacking...
Not saying we SHOULD do it, but it is something we CAN do...Lonesome, ihaveaquestion and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
Bear with me, this is just my personal experience & perspective my friend. Feel free to implement anything make any adjustments, suggestions/questions to add or remove. I believe, the trucking industry as a whole in all direct/indirect aspects, rhymes & reasons needs a better stable verification-validation systems for a peacefully procurement to empower a robust economy. As whole the industry is on the verge of significant revamping & changes. The industry has too much of a messy-archaic-convoluted-confusing-manipulating-dinosaur-chaos-system. We need a new world order built by the drivers.
They (carriers/brokers/suppliers) make all these claims about what they’re going to do but they don’t even drive and barely don’t do anything half the time but complaining about each other. Drivers are just always asking are we unloading my truck or not and all you knuckleheads just pay me, thanks.
Simply put this entire industry needs a bath, a nice clean truck/trailer wash, it’s so corrupt & filthy all the loose ends needs to be sealed, parts replaced, positions renovated or trashed, all the dirt & grime removed throughout the interior & exterior & hard-to-reach areas. Left unchecked, cause corrosion/corruption and damage to the equipment. Industry can come together and prevent all these types of damages from occurring. Creating systems to prevent/spot-problems/concerns early to protect against frauds & scams. When they let all this Bs go on it weakens the structures/procedures of the industry, enabling a broken window models, making everything prone to failures, scams, and requiring costly legal remedies. It’s not even about big or small companies people just wanna do what they gotta do, be respect, responsible & not hear about tons of crazy nonsense on top of their day of BS, like erratic four wheelers. Another truth, the industry can’t even retain or hire drivers wanting to stay with a company instead of changing to a new one. Seat-hopping musical chairs is an anthem caused by corporations & carriers for profit.
Operational Costs is not rocket science, it’s fairly simple, that’s how all these scamming companies get caught lying or manipulating drivers. The only reason a trucking company faces financial challenges is because they’re lying to themselves and their people directly/indirectly working with them, executives just lying to their whole organization chart and customers. It’s not there’s too much competition, competition is healthy. There is no driver shortage there’s drivers everywhere and there’s truck lots full of trucks, companies are just scammers. A lot of drivers just tired of annoying brokers, dispatchers, insane regulations, Tom & Jerry antics, silly BS like can’t find truck parking or scheduling delays, sitting around at warehouses and supply chain delays & part shortages, they rather just go home make $50k a year then sitting at shippers and receivers talking to drivers all unhappy about sitting around. Everyone’s talking about how they have some sorta lack of pay and benefits, or driving too many miles, little pay, long shifts, no home-time or if local just sitting around to much everyone always looking for new jobs.. it’s like everyone’s playing musical chairs with trucking companies and it’s not even drivers fault. Trucking companies just lying. Especially about equipment maintenance. Then the best is safety-safety, CDL drivers gets on the highway & a regular car crashes into a truck doing nothing, CDL drivers still in trouble. The CDL driver lifestyle is already challenging with half the stuff mentioned before we even get into all the illegal 1099 scam companies the government allows.
There’s so many trucking companies in the ugly SAFER non-user-friendly database, there’s one 1099 trucking scam after another copying off of other legit trucking brands. These 1099 scams playing as shadows & ghost manipulating & copycatting the entire industry easily. Individual CMV branding & drivers being independently responsible for all their responsibilities, choosing who to work with, for or under & who they purchase from as a CDL driver - it can be all up to the driver - it can be so much easier with their own equipment, paperwork & branding story on their journey helping the country/state. Make themselves responsible for their own company, equipment from the competition. Of course respectfully paid as an individual owner/operator but what I’m mainly saying here is that make it easier to become a owner-operator especially if nobody wants to really be company drivers or sitting around as a company driver, they could do the same exact thing that they do as a company driver as an owner operator. They could buy their own insurance do their own compliance & accountability. Driver can take care of their own equipment, paperwork/insurance, manage their own schedule & everything. It’s not rocket science. USDOT/FMCSA/CSA other agencies need to revamp & better orchestrator/coordinate the way they validate verify information, it’s not an easy task upfront, but once they put it all together, I mean although complex it becomes very simple for all to works
Trucking industry in America itself is $1 trillion industry, there’s tons of markets American drivers themselves can get into various types of equipment to work with & learn about. The industries productivity also needs better oversight/validation on fair/reasonable shop rates, warehousing production, brokering rates, factoring & invoicing, all that needs to be addressed into a revamp system so drivers don’t get ripped off or caught up in invoice scams & fake work orders or inflated cost. Drivers & their trucks are busy with moving 70% of all the freight moved in America on ground; the rest was pretty much rail & air, even those industry are heavily regulated. 8 million American’s are all somehow connected to their line of employment because they directly work with/on a truck daily/weekly; half the 8 million are licensed CDL drivers but…
- how real is that CDL license? Are they foreigners or really born here Americans? How does the DMV really validate that US citizen with a CDL?
- then the same question goes to how 95% of American trucking companies have 10 trucks or less - if that’s the case - are they truly American owned companies? Not scamming American citizens & US corporations? Or are they frauds who don’t even pay IFTA taxes or payroll taxes & Rob American CDL drivers?..
- 4% of companies pretty much have 100 trucks or less and 1% of trucking brands have 100+ trucks or more. Where is the validity in verification of all these trucking companies where anyone can look them up & validate anything about them? Because there’s a high probability chance that the company isn’t American, it’s foreign & focused on scamming America & every single driver, broker, shipper/receiver, all the American consumers.
- How many of the 170 million commercial motor vehicle units followed maintenance schedules & were their maintenance invoices shop rates inflated or fake?
- then the 170 million CMV units registered in the United States DMVs, and state patrol can pull their license plate in the database, how many of those are owned by real American based owner operators or companies that are actually in the United States 12 months out of the year or BORN in the USA?
- How many of those 170 million CMV’s engine hours & miles are accurate, & not in alignment with all the drivers ELD logs tagged correctly to the production but they also paid the fuel consumption tax rate & IFTA taxes?
- Do all the 170 million CMVs rolling around America bill of lading production match up with drivers pay, engine hours, idle time, ODO miles, ELDs, Truck revenue/expenses, maintenance, depreciation, taxes & etc.?
- Also are all the other related expenses separate from ordinary pay to drivers, fuel, taxes, under 15% of gross production in alignment with mileage or is there a flaw someone in a unit or an entire fleet?
- Also these 4% and 1% and 95% trucking companies units running lease to purchase scams with dealerships & manufacturers or do they own the equipment outright?
- Who really holds the title & truck dealer agreement?
- Are any of the 170 million CMVs operating within insurance & finance scams?
- Then Americans know owner-operators are self-employed truck drivers in a free market probably getting paid 10x more than a company driver after deductions & benefits of ownership. So of the 170 million CMVs how many are validated America resident owner-operators, born in America & how many run long-distance or how many are local?
- Chances are 25% of the 170 million CMVs are freightliners how many of them have been flagged for suspicious mileage or faulty equipment under lease rather than under the owner?
- Of these 170 million CMVs who is under a IC lease without a title/authority & how many are with truck title their own authority, most importantly are they true Americans or foreign lairs?
- Another important statistic is how many of these 170 million CMV units miles in the ODO were deadhead miles, in other words if they put 200k miles on the truck in a year, how many deadhead miles of 200k was there?
- In addition how many ELD violations did the truck have not the driver?
- answers is the entire year, because if there was two drivers or more where all their electronic logs for audit?
- Then how many hours a week did the truck work?
- Actually we need a one on one meeting with every single driver in the truck under the carrier, and lying subject for licensed revocation, company fined/closed, non-complaint, plates seized, vehicles auctions, carrier owner and accomplices banned for life. Thank you & don’t come again. Lol.

If they say yes:
“Awesome! thanks Kamikaze, also please don’t create traffic for my fellow American-Born drivers & I. US Americans saying farewell.”
If they say no:
“it’s cool, I’ll ask another foreigner out here illegally in America.. I’m sure there’s more doing Pearl Harbor Trucking out here with fake CDL’s.”Iamoverit Thanks this. -
So this spring ,having been fed up with the current state of trucking, applied for a commercial truck inspection officer job with the state of Minnesota...
Didn't get it but thought my 50 year trucking background may have givin me a leg up but assume my 67 yrs of age may have canceled that out.
I could spot a problem truck or driver a half mile out.
Would have been based at the I-94 westbound port of entry at the MN/WI line.
I gave it a shot.Last edited: Jul 15, 2024
