Just pull off a ramp and sit over the guardrail. Just do it in an unpopulated area if possible. Exit 192 of I-80 in Pennsylvania is a great place if you cant make the rest area. Sometimes that more preferable than a public restroom.

Reading about this thread……. Happened to have an “Emergency” this morning. Pulled over and spreaded them between the drive tandems. Always use something on the floor before dumping your load.

Yep. 5gal bucket and lid, trash bags, and kitty litter. Stuff happens, especially as one gets older and has spent decades on the road. Controlling what used to be controllable isn’t quite the same as it once was.
