Curious how you driver's,o/o,carriers sign the BOL? Do you add Non negotiable after your name? Can't remember if that's the correct terminology or not. Just looking for another level of protection against shippers, brokers, etc, etc, trying to pull a stunt in this down market. Thanks
How do you sign your B.O.L's?

Lonesome, RockinChair and motocross25 Thank this. -
I only sign when asked. I haul dairy usually.

What are you worried about exactly?
86scotty Thanks this. -

You just sign. You may add SL&C. If they don't allow it, do it after, on your copy. I can't see it illegal if it says the truth.
Then always seal your trailer, take a photo of the seal installed and when you deliver, do it again, regardless whether they want to take it out for you or not. -
Flat Earth Trucker, 86scotty, Deere hunter and 3 others Thank this.
