Has to be better than pig's head cheese .

 

Ooo cut in half rake out seeds smear a little bit of cream cheese then some 3cheese mex blend wrap with half slice of bacon bake until bacon is done . Oh they're dam good .

 

This is how my day went...



Each of these machines is a 15 man hour job, we completed these 3 and got a 4th to 75% (can be seen on saw horses in the edge of the pics) with a 3 man crew in a 10 hour shift.
