I don’t think so. I used to submit a screenshot of my bill over transflow. Now I print off my bill (first page only) and take a photo on the samsara app. I wish we could import photos to samsara.
in the past, in a pinch, I have taken a photo of my laptop screen to send in a trip sheet when my printer wouldn’t work. Maybe that would work?

A few months latter the driver conceives, gains approval for, and enacts a change that cost $500 and saves the company between $50,000 and $150,000 a year.
To me, that sounds like a driver who has earned a pay raise. To the company, the driver is at the top of the pay scale so no pay raise is warranted. The only way the driver can get a raise is if all the drivers get a raise. Sounds a lot like collective bargaining to me.
Even when companies aren't actively colluding with each other, they still know about what each is paying and take pains to not increase wages outside of the 'industry standard'. If the world was a meritocracy, I would agree with your viewpoint 100%, but that's not how the world works. If the company creates conditions where I can't get a raise unless all the idiots I worked with also get a raise - you'd better believe I'm going to be trying to drag them up with me.Lonesome, Gearjammin' Penguin and dwells40 Thank this. -

For my efforts, my DM got a certificate and a gift card for taking an account that was losing 1.5 trailers a week OOS to "hit while unattended" to going 6 months incident free. His boss leveraged it to moving up a level.
I can give other examples going back to 2015 when I hit top pay. Consistently top 10 in the Green Bay Division for metrics - not top 10%, top 10. Me and two other trainers swapped back and forth the highest trainee retention rate and trainee safety score. Yet my pay rate was the same as the guys who only ran between 0800 and 1700, shut down whenever a cloud looked menacing, and otherwise tore stuff up. But I couldn't get a pay raise until the other idiots did.
Now I'm not complaining about my pay from that time. I made over $100,000 that year working 5 day weeks. But to say "all a worker needs to get a raise is to prove their worth" is delusional.motocross25, Lonesome, Gearjammin' Penguin and 1 other person Thank this.
