Holland Enterprises, the real deal

She was trying to use her truck as a weapon for real. Sure the argument could be made that you could have backed off, but it doesn’t absolve the fact that she was a dangerous driver. Unfortunately the company is only going look at it from the Holland point of view. She really was trying to run you off the road, I'm just glad it was a little cosmetic damage as opposed to her having you in the ditch.

 

Ok… I have a couple of questions. And no I’m not some company shill or anything, but I’m seeing a couple of things missing here. What about the footage of this other driver flipping the bird, etc? otherwise most dash cams will only show what’s in front and not out the side windows.

also what were you doing in the left lane? If you’re not passing then that would’ve been obstruction of the left lane which does enrage other drivers.

Apparently you didn't read the OP. He clearly stated that she brake checked him and he swung into the left lane to avoid an accident and go around. It's like the 4th sentence in the OP of the thread.

It really helps to read through a thread before asking questions. Some or all of them might be answered. Especially a thread as short as this one. If it's 10 pages I can understand you missing something. But this one is short and to the point.

 

Of all the threads posted about bad companies,this is actually the first one that I’ve seen where there’s dashcam footage to substantiate the OP’s claim.

From my experience there I’d much rather deal with Ken than Karla. Karla is always in a foul mood every time I’ve ever spoke to her. One time in a review she was complaining about my production. “Company average length of haul was 1550 miles. Your average length of haul only is 1200 miles. You need to pick it up”

My response, “ I run whatever you give me, I don’t complain, I’m never late and it’s not my fault your dispatchers drop crappy loads on me all the time”. That shut her up.

And Brad is an ahole so it’s probably best you didn’t get a hold of him

 

What I don’t understand is why was he still pushing forward when the idiot was obviously coming into his lane.

 

He was trying to get around her. Again, stated in the OP.

 

I know he stated that. How does he expect to pass someone that’s halfway in his lane already?
