Espressolane probably knows for sure but it sounds like you had polenta- it’s grits but Italian. How I make them is I use chicken stock for the water same as grits 4 to 1. I also put in some granulated garlic, a lot of butter and cheese.

NFnG trying to be smart.. he let them tear a bearing up under it and bend the rail on bottom of hopper. He knows I got a load going to Nebraska this weekend that pays good.. so he don’t want to do dryvan, first he said yes, then next morning while I was trying to get a load he said just wait on his trailer done. Now he thinks I’ll let him take my trailer. I’m putting signs on Mack tomorrow. Well I’m not, I’m not that patient, it’s being done and I’ll have oil and 3 box drop done, something I always do on new to me trucks before loading them.
