I was actually (finally) driving today and tuned in, and my eyes rolled as I caught on to ‘todays topics’

Phillips , is a nice guy - not the typical radio host, but he’s penned in by that platform. He interviewed me for a segment that played the Friday of Thanksgiving last year (or was it the year before?).

I put myself in his shoes - how the heck to go to work every day and create content on demand. To me after 20 years there’s not that much more to discuss.

Then there’s the ‘regular callers’ espousing their views.

The day that you and I called in, was just an alignment.

KC told me that some days it’s totally crickets for callers - especially when the topic goes above a company driver level.

I listen when I can, it may be one of the last few platforms left on air. KC does turn up at industry events -

As it stands it’s barely worth the subscription - Landline news and KC , and a small amount of music channels, is all that keeps me at a $5/month sub.

this new model, keeps the “O/O” in the Amazon ecosystem with no where else to go. So they have no choice but to haul Amazon trailers at what ever rate is given to them.
