That’s all in how they have it, poorly, setup. If what I bolded is not auto filling they either don’t have a trailer database built and/or the system is not connecting to the truck. I didn’t have any of those issues on peoplenet.

do y’all not have yard movement,

We do, but you and I know that when you're loading, that's a hassle. And it apparently requires manual input to change to 'drive' or 'on' because i can't edit out the 125 miles of yard move i got the other day.
I'm sure it ain't setup right. But my complaints to the powers that could fix are it are telling me 'that's how it is'.

Where ever I end up heading, my truck will be dropped at the closest Sweedish Dog dealer near one of the terminals other than Arlington. (I've been told that Toledo or Wichita are allowed with advanced notice). I would love to drop it in Wichita then walk in and unload some verbal frustrations on His Royal Hiney before being asked to get off the property. I had that VG turbo actuator issue before delivering to Queens, then it hit again yesterday and again this morning. It takes 5 or 6 shutdown/restart cycles before it starts working right again.

It’s to bad you hate the guy, we have some openings at the bottom of his crew for guys pulling the 5 skin trailers we have, soon to have two more that will be running pretty consistently. Had you stuck with oversize there’s a pretty good chance you would have been sent to nj to pick up a 3500 mile oversize container trip going to wa. Those came in last week a few days after you dropped in SC. But you would have had to work with His Royal Hiney.

They aren’t saying you don’t have freedom of movement. They are saying you can’t use the company vehicle to do it. You can Uber to the club for 10 hours and Uber back and take off again.

Or you just have to do your shopping right before or after your 34 hour reset. It’s not ideal, and I don’t like it for sure, but I can live with it. We just had a driver get over 150 points in violations and immediately put us into intervention with the FMCSA. They had to clamp down since they can’t keep an eye on the dummies they hired. It’s just business.

150! Wow they nailed his dick to the door. I ain’t saying it’s right or wrong. It’s their prerogative. It is a shame that one guy can screw a company so hard though

I’m not sure if that’s with the 3 times multiplier or not but it was not a good day for that hopefully now unemployed driver.
