Good choice. Better would be Dunkin but that’s accceptable.

 

Looks good and that would be at least 6 packages worth of hummus down at Whole Foods at about $6.49 each. So, ya saved close to $25 bucks making it on your own with high quality olive oil.

The tahini paste is a bit pricey - $14 for 2 cups.

Garbage beans are cheap, just have to soak for 12 hours and then simmer 90 minutes.

Rest of the ingredients are cheap - jam in a blender and enjoy.

Had one container I threw out that was 2 months old and had barely started to mold, so lasts well.
