Made it out of Mauser after 3 1/2 hours. I imagine the unload is going to take a while since they are floor loaded for maximum cube with the top layer on its side. Hopefully after that is done I should be getting a load home. I’m planned to be home the 8th (I pushed it back a day because otherwise I’d have been deadheading home from Plano and that’s just wasteful.

But it’s a nice light load! If you’re going to independence MO double check that you have an unload appointment. I did not apparently per the customer. FCC had me drop at ACT, so can’t attest to unload.

I’m 3-3300 a week pretty consistent. I’m normally home Friday night or Saturday by lunch and I leave out Monday morning. But I also live 60 miles from a drop yard as well as having 3 sources for outbound loads an hour or less from my house.

I was close to that on SWR. Living near Tulsa. The MAIN reason I went OTR is that I HATE Dallas.

Will probably be on the night shift for my first week back on SWR. Appointment in Pauls Valley isn’t until 1800 Sunday for live unload and then i go down to Lancaster for a preloaded trailer. I’d rather go to Dallas in the middle of the night vs Monday morning rush hour

That’s the exact reason I switched to MWR.

Well, I still don’t know how long it takes to unload the plastic drums. Got to the Brenntag in KC and they told me to drop it and take an empty. Of course there were none of our empties. I called the mothership and they insisted it was a live unload and wanted me to take it back to ACT if Brenntag couldn’t unload it. After a few minutes they called back and told me to drop it and bobtail back to ACT.
That is a tight little place.
