I guess I just wanted to prove myself and it came back to bite me. I genuinely like to work hard and get things done.

I don’t know how Schneider is about driving nights but it’s a lot less stressful.

Typically I like to start around 11 pm and be done before noon..earlier if possible. Less traffic, no lines for fuel or showers. Just got to be mindful of the areas with lots of deer and what not.

 

Oh carp- I’ll make sure to put extra emphasis on the suspension part of the pre-trip.

 

These new trucks headlights suck! 81 KW 900 had great headlights. I could see fer a good piece out in front of me. Cascadia’s seem to point straight down at the road.

 

Dispatch gonna be at my funeral asking if I can still get load there on time.
