That seems normal to me... the airbags bumping up and down are going to use air... light load on a smooth road . Seems normal operation to me... I would not even worry about it if you can't hear it.

I can run I 70 between OH and Indy without my air cycling.

OK, maybe not that far, but if it's cycling every 10 minutes there's a problem.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

Made it to Romeoville already. It's a live unload appointment tomorrow morning, so I am sitting at the pay to park truckstop 4 miles away. They're behind the times here, they only charge $15 per day to park. The unload should be straight forward, it's 30 pallets of one product. I don't have many hours for tomorrow and Tuesday so I am thinking about a 34 after I get empty. I have just under 2300 miles for the week, so I would still have time to get over 3000 after a restart.

I have to agree, it is most likely somehow a brake system problem. About the only way it could be a ride height valve is if it only leaks at certain angles which you could check by disconnecting the linkage to the axle and cycling the valve up and down. Another possibility is it could be in the VG-turbo actuator which is pneumatic, although that wouldn't explain how it gets worse on rough roads. And like @Rugerfan mentioned, it could also be one of the air lines to the brake cans might have a bad fitting or is a little loose and as the suspension flexes more under a heavy load or on a rough road surface, it hits the right angle to leak more often.

I may have. I haven't seen a preplan yet. I usually have one well before my delivery. Perhaps my short hours for the next couple days has something to do with that.

I was only teasing. I wheeled into an AWG one time with 24 pallets of Best Choice root beer. All one product I thought “this is gonna be great!”. I thought certainly it’d be a straight pull. It was on the wrong wood, the ties of the product weren’t right and it needed down stacked. I was there like 6 hours. After that I never got ####y with what I thought was gonna be quick. ESPECIALLY at an AWG.

I got one, it hardly ever works. Been in the shop twice for it. Both times replaced it. Told them to just disconnect it.
