Keep your head down and put in the time. Or you're gonna end up on that revolving door never satisfied with the job and a job history that won't do you any favors getting into a really good one. Teaming with a complete stranger aint gonna end well. So the drivers split 90 cpm for all miles the truck runs. That's a moneymaker for both drivers.

Hopefully you've already got that team job in the bag and ready to start orientation now. Because if you're just now putting in an application, well, good luck because not every job posting these days is a real job. Never quit a job before you've already got the next one in hand. Knowing about something posted somewhere that you can put an app in on means you have nothing lined up ready to go.
