I wonder if they're gonna bump me over to the Lakeland terminal when it opens (if I am still here). I like Deland's terminal manager and would rather stay with Deland. A lot of people don't like her, but she is one of the few terminal managers that has been here a long time, and if she sees that a driver is getting falsely accused of something, she'll get into it with Lincoln and defend a driver. Plus she doesn't pull any punches, if a driver f's up, she will let them know, but if a driver goes above and beyond, she'll give them the credit they deserve.

That certainly burns me up to no end.

I can’t stand people who always take the lazy way out and refuse to go straight to the perpetrators with this BS, and instead insist on dumbing everybody else down to their lowest common stupidity.

Based on what I was told, he was excused from any future driving for SPD immediately. I was always careful and limited when using PC but there were times when you needed it.

Company I drive for had a driver involved in an accident. He was on PC at the time correctly using it. At the trial the lawyers kept pushing the issue and digging into the fact of PC. Now when we want to use PC we have to send a message in to get it turned on

I moved to Illinois, deland is still my home terminal lol. I think unless you specifically request to switch, they'll keep you there.

I swear to ####ing Christ, this company's claims and breakdown department is run by absolute morons. I made it back to the Indy shop yesterday just before closing to see if they could get a windshield guy to come in this morning and replace my windshield. At 1 am, my phone app got a message from the claims department asking for photos of the windshield AGAIN. (my tablet and the messaging system still isn't working, load info and load communication works fine, but messages to people have to go thru the app, any messages I send via the tablet never get delivered). It also said to contact breakdown to see if my truck was DOT legal to drive. I messaged back that I had sent them the pictures both via txt and via email on Friday and had called into breakdown, and had been waiting to hear back about my truck being legal or not since Friday as well. These people need to get their head out of their ### and get their #### together...they all must have been trained at the same short bus school as the half-tard that programs the transmission to shift
