I am starting to not like picking up at the pharma customer in McDonough. Not because they are a problem, they've always been polite and professional with me it's because every time I pick up here, I have to get breakdown to send a tire service out to replace a tire. Yesterday, when my load was ready, it was storming and raining hard when they parked the loaded trailer. So, once I swam over to get my paperwork, I just backed up under it and went to sleep. Got up after my break(and after the rain stopped), and found a tire off the bead during my walkaround again, and I can't get the ATIS to pop it back on the bead. And since it's one of those "travel 200 miles before stopping " loads, I don't want to risk trying to drive it back on the bead. Fortunately this load has until the 29th to deliver, so I don't have to worry about a late delivery(drop) to a Wally DC.

 

Drove my guts out trying to get this pharma load delivered asap. This morning I messaged dispatch asking if I was still planned on the load to AZ (as of last night they still hadn't set the pickup times). They said yes, I am still on the load. I get as close as I could, and message dispatch again asking if they have any timeframe for the AZ load so I know how to plan my departure time after my break...and I get a preplan to ####ing INDIANA!!!!!!!!!! I messaged my dispatcher, got no reply. Tried to call and keep getting routed to someone named Angela (my dispatcher is named Sarah). God #### these lying SOB's.

 

I just spoke to Mike about it, he's about as helpful as a fart in a wind storm. I may do a Blues Brothers parallel parking job with this truck in front of Deland's gate and find a real company to work for. I feel like they were just stringing me along to shut me up for a day. As of right now, I don't trust anyone in Lincoln, they're all a bunch of incompetent lying SOB's
