Make sure they put blocking in between each bundle of that rebar or be sure each bundle is pushed together so they're touching each other before you cinch it all down. Looks like a sweet deal. Hopefully it works out for you.
I found a job on Craigslist, but it’s not what you think

The “apartment” is the benefits lol. So no insurance or anything but I have VA anyways so I don’t need it.
Im hoping it’s not a rathole, no way to know until I go check it out.austinmike, hope not dumb twucker, OlegMel and 1 other person Thank this. -

Not the worst job ive ever seen. Even assumeing you lived in a dirt cheap studio before thats an easy $700-900 value right there, depending on the place they offer of course. If its basically a studio assumeing 30% wages as tax thats still a good 55k and not a bad offer. It its a normal 2 or 3 bed apartment even if you share it with people.you can at least tolerate. Its a great deal. If its a rat hole with 20 homeless dudes and 2 street thugs wanting protection money every week behind the local appliance store on cardboard blvd....less so.
Just depends on the fine details.austinmike, hope not dumb twucker, Chi Town Steers and 1 other person Thank this. -

I was able to track this companies yard down and it looks like a junkyard lol. The "onsite apartment" must either be in the mobile officer trailer or one of the many intermodal containers around the property!
