I mean seriously the pieces of #### at Western Express, they literally think their drivers are straight up retarded slaves, and man some of them are that's true. #### still pisses me off

 

I know it's the same at a lot of other places too just ridiculous the things they put people thru for no reason

 

And then they're out here trying to pay a dollar for every 2 miles and then let you wait for free on 2 hours on both ends of every shipment minimum

 

Guess what tho I'm pretty smart, I was making well over a dollar per mile at Schneider. With less than a year experience. Still a lot of ######## tho, but during my illustrious career there I amasses well north of a dollar per mile as a company driver

I almost put an application in there they do say they only require 6;months, I think it was the hiring area, I'll have to double check them
