Have you pinched the kazoos to make sure they aren’t stopped up?

 

I would guess a low freon problem or bad trailer

 

I had the drain tubes get stopped up and the water backed up into the trailer and froze.
I’m not familiar with the newer units, but can you disconnect the drain where it comes out and look for ice?

 

If you unit brings it to -10 it's not a freon issue. What are you hauling? The product may have been warm when it was loaded, but after 2 days it should have cooled down

 

It shouldn't run high speed to 1 degree of set point. Go to the menu and see what the temp spread is set at.

 

When it is in defrost the unit is removing moisture from inside the trailer, and it removes ice from the evaporator. Your drain tubes can be clogged on the inside, as pieces of shrink wrap and small pieces of wood get sucked in. When you are empty, take off the bulkhead on the inside front of the trailer. There is a tray where the water drains into, the drain hoses are connected to each side of the tray. You can see into the tray from each side with a flashlight. You may see wood and plastic in there. To clean it out thoroughly, you need to take off the stainless steel plate in front of the tray. It is held in place with torx screws, it is very easy to do. You can always tell whwn the drains are clogged, as the tray will drain inside the trailer. It is hard to diagnose your issue with out seeing it. @reeferwrencher may be able to help.
