Hmm non residential CDL? Fmcsa asked states how many they issued. CALIFORNIA refused to give out that number. Illinois and Texas shared.

Does he have a bridge stamp on the side of a door? Like fighter pilots used to have.

Edit: non domicile cdls is the correct term

Im guessing New Mexico and Cali would be real high. We know Cali is. Just don't know by how much.

I worked in the oil field. A Cuban was at our company. CDL test was given in Spanish. 2014. He didn't speak any English. How do a lot of the foreign guys pass tests when they can't even communicate?

    How many kilos it that?
    See, there's the problem.

    Here's my rant.......
When I got my CDL in Georgia, it was a several day process. First the driving part, (of which I did exceptionally well at.)
Then there was the computer questions, (of which I did exceptionally well at). Then there was the gooberment clearance to get my hazmat.....had to drive 2 hours (twice)....the first chick was smoking hot (with the east European accent to go along with it).....second chick, not so much.

My point is this......just how the F?
It seems like these folks just waltz into a DMV and get handed a CDL.
I mean really. How the F do you walk into a DMV and say, "I'd like a CDL". And they say, "Here you are sir. Have a great day!"

Maybe you should have been wearing a towel on your head. They would've just handed you a CDL.
