That’s what I was thinking. If she’s healthy enough to spend 50-60 on gas running around a part time job would help. If you’re bankrupt earning 80K he has other issues.

 

Job hopping isn’t gonna help your situation just telling you… By the way my second year here I’m on pace to make a little over $94,000 this year… And if you’re getting micromanaged as you claim, I don’t know what to tell you because I certainly don’t… The biggest issues you have it seems like the very second. You have a bad week all I gotta get out of here because I had a bad week And I’m on pace to take nearly 60 days off this year… So I would say things are pretty good over here. if you’re looking for that picture perfect company that has zero issues 365 days a year you’re gonna be waiting an awfully long time for that to pop up because every company has their issues from time to time that’s called life.. BTW, some of these very good premium paying jobs aren’t gonna look your way because all you do is keep changing companies every time something goes wrong and they will see that based on the amount of companies on your record…

 

They told me the same thing a while back.

 

Apparently theyre implementing fuel solutions for reefers my asset managers fleet is getting it this week. I feel like its going to be ignored... a lot. Im waiting to pass judgment but generally I top off the reefer as close to drop off as possible and when its convenient otherwise(im already fueling the truck).

 

I see some guys complaining about making less bonus miles I'm over here not getting any bonus at all because I had vacation and family things I was home for.....not sure why you're complaining with 32,000 miles...... I simply don't make the bonus my priority rather getting the most miles I can for every month.....and balance with home life is just important to me as a bonus .....not sure if thats right but it's how I approach things and I'm not stressed if I don't make it... because I wasn't depending on it...

 

Wow. Even more on duty time that drivers will not be getting paid for. Isn't it funny how every time a company (especially the big ones) do something to create savings, those savings never get passed down to the drivers themselves?

As if Crete Carrier Corp wasn't ALREADY saving money on fuel by, you know, not actually paying their drivers to fuel in the first place (like hourly and many LTL linehaul employees do). Incredible.

 

I mean we've been having to fuel the reefers anyways...
But yeah, otr cpm is a scam

 

They were ready to hang me for going 7 gal over the solution.I was trying to get my windows washed,but the pumps were faster.

 

I think he realized that about 10 jobs ago.
