I don't think ANYBODY at FJ/P is going to give a right rip what truckers want. If they can make more money off 4wheelers, then they are going to be happy. As long as the bottom line is doing as well or better than ever, corporate is certainly going to be happy.

Now for a question. Are these Denny's all going to be operated by the same franchisee? Or are they all up for grabs to anyone with the bucks to buy a franchise in a truck stop?

    Texas-Nana Thanks this.

Like big Don said.... nobody at corporate is going to give a flying fig about a pissed off
    driver's opinion.
Its not in their vocabulary or thought understanding! The cubicle mindset isn't capable of it.

The last time I ate at Dennys (years ago!!!) it took like 2 hrs to complete the meal. Me and 3 friends were almost the only customers in the place at 11:30 at night.
And we had to serve our own coffee.

This would be like 13 or 14 yrs ago. I haven't stepped foot into one since.

I got a chicken fried steak at the J in Amarillo,TX.one night that was fried to a crisp on the out side and frozen on the in side.I showed it to the waitress she apologised took it back and 30 min.came back with one that was the same way.
I blamed the cook not Flying J or the waitress. If you live on the road a bad meal once and awhile is gonna happen.

I could care less if flying j and pilot go out of business, I never used them, I never did use the big chain truck stops,

they can keep their crappy food and overpriced stores and showers

My thoughts exactly, all they are is a big pain in the but and the fuel is allways priced higher than the smaller independent stops i fuel at.
