Ya know, Tom, I think I remember that question coming up in orientation before mentors were assigned. Maybe not, but I seem to remember someone coming in and asking if anyone was a member of the Guard or Reserve.
So, Texas1000, I think you might be okay, but as OHTW says ...communicate!

My truck the in dash display I reset the fuel consumption on fill ups. It said I burned 132 gallons. I pumped 173! My guage at 1/4 is usually 1/2 a tank. I have twin 150's. -
All these variances is another reason why some of us "old farts" carry a "dip stick" in the side box, and have it marked for gallon levels contained in the tank. Just another "old timers" trick of the trade that just doesn't lose any muster! -
What I hate is when the fuel route includes just a 50 gallon fuel stop. With the comdata card you have to stop before you go over 50 gallons because you can get into trouble. but 49.99 gallons doesn't count for that free shower credit. I wish they would change that to 51 gallons minimum.

I took a 34 on Monday, then delivered to London, KY on Tuesday afternoon. From there, I went down to Dandridge, TN to get a load of beans going to Reese, MI (pd miles 733). So far no preplan.

Just got a load. I'm picking up in Manistee, MI and delivering to Romeoville, IL tomorrow morning (pd miles 434).
