not to mention, IF THEY DID, i'm sure they'd only cost $5, and have been thru a computer repair shop a few times to get repairs, before being issued to your truck. then when you go to get it replaced, they'll tell ya "oh it was new when we assigned it to ya, you'll need to pay $200 for a replacement one now". Dang.....yeah, that actually sounds like something they'd say.![]()

It is confirmed they want your logs scanned in every other day at the most, and you must log exactly how long it took you to walk from your truck, stand in line behind some guy paying for his 3 bags of chips, cookies and salsa with pennies, and have the clerk scan your logs. They are going to want to see 15 minutes there to believe it. If you do it daily that could add up to 3- 3.5 hours you won't be available to drive your truck for mileage pay per week (read:working for free). Not to mention those log/trip scan sheets with the individual bar codes aren't exactly doled out like Halloween candy, in fact the terminals horde them like they are made out of solid gold or something. So it wouldn't take long for a driver to run out of those sheets scanning every day or every other day then they really will fall behind on their logs hehe.
