From walmart private fleet to charles lawson trucking

Walmart drivers makes great $$$$ just like the FedEx LTL drivers.. I know that the LTL drivers make 45k - 55k for short runs and 60k - 80k++ for longer runs...

 

Fed Ex will screw you any which way but loose and then send you home to your Mama in a box. Ever met a friendly courteous Fed Ex driver? Neither have I.

I suppose if your an idiot living well beyond your means and driving nice vehicles and popping kids out like it's a sport then the money might come in handy.

 

Geez Walmart pound for pound one of the best you can work for imop.

But they strip you of your testicles ( balls) and you better play the politic game ...

Hardest job to get in the country ... Easiest to loose

Step , step , that's a step , your glad hadnd fell off the holder while you were bob tailing and you went aware of it a driver saw it told on you , STEP

Turned on the marker lights but you were in a different truck that the position would have been the head lights ... STEP

We drive with our lights on for safety ( sunlight ) too
If you mess up and just had your marker lifts on dye to slip seating and you were in aware ... STEP

You didn't wave at a driver in the hall way ... STEP

Shirt was untucked ... STEP

Just about anything is a STEP

These are just a few examples of what you can get stepped for
I only got one step in 5 yrs

Here's my step

I slip seated in a vacationing drivers truck which was messy I cleaned it up threw out some old mcdonalds bags just trash a few old empty cups ....

He came back to work turned me in

STEP !!!! For messing with his personal belongings

SO IF YOU DONT SPEAK TO A DRIVER THAT A STEP AND I MUST SAY I RAN A WALMART ACCOUNT FOR CRETE AND SOME OF THEM DRIVERS DO ACT LIKE A BUNCH OF DRIVERS WHO LIKE TO RUN BACK AND TELL.

 

I went in for my 3rd interview with a driver board for some kind of stress & speed interview with 4 of these clowns coming at me at once..I said, Hey you called me back here for a 3rd time for more questions.? Dude looked at me like "yea" why you got a problem with that? no I don't stick your BS job up your you know what... if walmart is this much of a prick to get hire on with , it must suck to work here, Im gone ,,,:smt071 so glad I did, my worst year since has been 90k
