Old Fart. Thank you for your well wishes. I left Knight because they didn't have the miles for me. Their catch phrase is "Your Hometown National Carrier". "Be home every 10-14 days for 2 days". They delivered on this promise for sure. Their equipement (especially trailers) was in great shape. My DM was good. The whole company culture was "pro driver". The complete opposite of CRE! I was out of SLC, UT. Only had 1800-2200 miles per week though, and got stuck in CA for days on end. Ultimately, I needed hometime and MILES too! See my rig under my pictures tab to see it hooked up to a Prime trailer in their SLC yard. Thanks again man!

"that is scary!!!!! i have driven before but it was 10 years ago. they told me they wouldgive me a 10 day refresher course. still pondering that. the more i read about cre the more i am inclined to run. "
Forget it man...SUICIDE! I know 2 people who got away from the trainers truck before the 1st week was finished. Both quit and went home to look for another "opportunity". Be forwarned brother! -
England had another rollover this morning 7-13-11! THAT MAKES 6 ROLLOVERS IN LESS THAN 1 WEEK!!!!!!! These numbers speak volumes about the quality and effectiveness of their training program. Knight Transportation had a total of 5 rollovers in the entire year of 2010. They have had 1 since the beginning of this year. Prime has had 2 since the beginning of this year. It is easy to loose count with England. I am checking with my England sources, and I will have a count for this year posted soon. James Rhodes, Trace Billingsley, Bart Allen, and David Wagoneer can be proud of these numbers as they are obviously on to a winning formula! If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?
Funny part is--- Mr. England is the Vice Chairman of the American Truckers Association. I did some checking, and CR England has the absolute worst safety record of any carrier with more than 1000 trucks. Mmmmmmm, I wonder what the ATA is thinking having Mr. England and his "outrageously effective" training program represent them as an official. Obviously that is why CRE is still in business ha ha ha LOL!!!!!

Big trucking companies employ people to monitor the internet for negative stuff about them (whether it's true or not) and even if everything you've said is 100% true and you have documentation to prove it, they can still screw with your DAC report or harass you in other ways. -
With the Knights and England being bore from the same hoebag, I'd just speak your words in anonymity. -
Another rollover this morning 7/14, two drivers in hospital in critical condition. I hope the drivers pull through.
