You're leaving the freight business? Don't know much about eagle but if your hauling gas then you will probably start working on nights and weekends like most fuel hauling companies.

I just seen their website and it said $600.00 a week guaranteed based on a 6 day work week. °_° . That's $100 a day hauling fuel lol. Well not to laugh but how are they paying their drivers? It has to be percentage or something making $100 a day.

The $600 dollars guarantee is whether we have work or not. I avg 950 - 1100 a week. There are many guys that make more than me. 5 day pay period. if I work a sixth day on the pay period then its bout 180-250 more. during the winter when its slower and u sitting home more than working then the guarantee comes into play. Its 800 guaranteed during winter months and 600 during peak season. But we def surpass that amount. Thats how it is at the Charleston term.

it's a "ground floor" opportunity, and the freight business is so manic depressive(6 months over 50 hours, 6 months 30-35 hours) and the long line to seniority, and whiny lazy co-workers.

if i could get in at the start, maybe it would be different. i miss the road, only worrying about myself, and not fixing someone else's screw-ups by way of laziness. can you tell i'm not happy? lol

of course it will depend on alot of variables; hometime, pay, etc. i like to keep my options open.

still looking @ transport service co. they seem like a top notch outfit.

    stay safe.
