The WORST Shippers and Receivers - Truckers WILL NOT Buy Their Products!

These companies need to grow some balls and stop paying lumber fees for these people to unload their own frt.

Had an open Pick up time for a pre loaded trailer on 10/2.

Here it is, 1900 on 10/3 and I am still waiting for my not pre loaded trailer.

There are about 15 other bobtails waiting here as well. And they won't let you use their bathroom.

 

High quality people there. I bet they complain about pee bottles and present bags too. Bastages! Farggin Ice Holes

 

Interesting. We probably saw one another. I delivered there Sunday about 2pm, left 9am or so Monday with my load. Fortunately, my sister in law lives just across the river in Jersey. I got a shower and a home-cooked meal out of the deal.

 

While you are sitting in their lot, you could always go to their facebook page and conveniently start leaving negative cuctomer complaints. Would'nt that be a hoot. Their public affairs would get the message to corporate real quick and I am sure some changes would be made. for the record, I finally got my load at 0600 on 10/4.

When I picked up the paperwork, I asked the guard what happened.....his answer?

"Oh this happens all the time, it is normal"

WTH?

 

Can't park in their lot either. Gotta park on the side of a street out in front of their gate. That, or head over to the T/A in Paulsboro, NJ. Not sure which is worse, really.

 

While I appreciate that the law may support the action, it was not morally right -- no more so than what was done to RoadRocket. Just sayin'.

 

FOOD LION! I just waited 5 hours past my appointment to be told to come back in the morning because THEY DIDN'T HAVE ROOM FOR MY PRODUCT!

 

super value in urbana il i think anyway after that blizzard this year in jan i had to go there with two pallets 2 appt at 12am go in told to go to waiting area pulled in dock at 3 am unloaded at 0930 next morning for 2 pallets
