Company. Looking forward to the change of scenery. It won't be perfect....been driving long enough to know....but after talking with drivers for nearly a year, I'm pretty sure I'll get what I need. Thanks!

 

Make sure you use a driver reference. They will be rewarded. I used the driver that gave me the most info. Real friendly fellow. It is $1000 if the referal stays 90 days. Good way to earn extra dough if you are the recruiting type.

 

Congrats on the job, but I will warn you, Spartenburg yard is, well if they did some work to it, it would be a piece of crap, but they got some decent mechanics, or they used to, havnt been there in a few years.

 

Yeah, I've been by there. But it's all good...a few of Schneider's aren't much better!

 

Are you going to marrietta after that? Or Lincoln?

 

Not sure yet. Have to speak with the girl in recruiting again, probably this week. So far, I've only set a date to report to Spartanburg. I could end up going to Lenoir, TN.

 

hey does anyone know how to log into the employee login site for the first time. I am assuming the id is driver code but could be wrong.

 

ID is your social security number no dashes. Ex. 123456789
Password is your birthdate. Ex 01162012

 

They do orientation in Lenoir City now instead of Marietta. But, unless yor're lucky enough to pu a truck in spartanburg, then they may route you to who knows where to pick one up. The one good thing if they have one in spartanburg...you get your normal per mile pay and start making money enroute to Lenoir City. I think the only thing they do in Marietta now is the initial pee test and new hire checks and paperwork you have to do before they issue you a truck...but that is for drivers that will be using Marietta as their home terminal.
