I played around with the cdl practice test link you posted so many pages ago and I was wondering if those questions are the same as DMV questions? The state I live in(TN) Dmv website also has free tests and i was wondering if you had expeirence with those too from your states online dmv website. I can't PM you because of the 7 posts rule or something stupid..

Typical rookie question here. When I went thru orientation last March, Con-way provided the DOT physical at no charge to me. I was issued a 1 year card since I take meds to control blood pressure. What is the process to renew. Where do I go and is it on my dime now?

 

If you can get back to the Joplin terminal I think you can see the company doctor for free.

But I'd call first to make sure.

 

They will notify you when it is time to renew...tell them where you are and they will give you contact info for Centra-something clinics. I was in Indy, there were two clinics in my area. I called both, one had space for a big truck so guess which one I picked.

Company paid. I lost enough weight over the year that my Doc took me off bp meds. Passed the physical and now on a 2-year renewal.

 

Congrats on the weight loss! Keep it going. I've lost 30lbs myself and hope to get the same result when I renew.
